Lindsay Lohan Violates Probation; Likely
to Be Jailed

Drugs and alcohol are now showing permanent and tell-tale signs of wear and tear on her face. Non-the-less, Lindsay
Lohan's downward spiral continues - although this time, there may be
actual, serious legal implications after she violated the terms of her
probation. Concerned sources say that if Lohan does not cease her destructive behaviour, innocent people could lose their lives the next time she gets behind the wheel or near a firearm.
That's no joke, and will almost certainly land her in
jail, according to reports. On probation for DUI, LL has not fulfilled
her alcohol education requirements.
Judge Marsha Revel made it
unmistakably clear to Lindsay late last year that the fallen star must
attend alcohol education courses once every seven days.
The only
exception? Inpatient rehab. The judge couldn't be more direct: If
Lindsay Lohan did not comply with the terms of probation, she was
going to jail.
She has not complied. Not because of rehab,
either. Right, Michael
Lohan? Seriously. Girl can't make one meeting a week? She has no
work whatsoever!
Instead, she skips classes to party
like a madman. Awesome work, Linds!

BLOODSHOT BASKET CASE: This is Lindsay in
court. Court!
The school in which Lindsay enrolled is
required by law to inform the court only if the student is MIA for 21
days. They haven't cited Linds for an attendance violation ...
because she frequently waited until the 21st day to attend.
Her
lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, said: "We have received no negative
written report from the program and contend Ms. Lohan is therefore in
compliance."
Yes, but therein lies the rub. She (barely) met
the school's requirement of attending every 21 days, but violated the
court's order. The judge may take issue.
At Lindsay's
progress hearing on May 20, she is expected to be called out for
habitually violating the judge's requirement to attend classes every
seven days.
The judge made it clear to Lindsay that if probation
is violated, she's going to jail, no more second, third, fourth chances.
And probation was violated. A ton.
We don't suspect the
hard-partying lifestyle evidenced by countless news stories and Lindsay
Lohan pictures is likely to give her much wiggle room, either.

Attempts to Free Ali Lohan From Lindsay Lohan; Sherriff's Dept. Denies

Officers
from the L.A. County Sheriff's Department arrived at Lindsay Lohan's
apartment this afternoon to check on her little sister Ali Lohan's
welfare.
Accompanying the deputies? Their father, Michael Lohan!
M-Lo went to the Sheriff's Department and said 16-year-old Ali Lohan
was staying with Lindsay and that being said, he was concerned for her
safety.
He convinced deputies to make a "welfare check" on Ali.
Lindsay Tweeted that she's pissed at building management for letting
cops and Michael in.
Sources say Ali was in the apartment and
deputies spoke with her before leaving and allowing the teen to remain
with her older train
wreck sister.
Not to be deterred, Michael is now going to
the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services, per advice
from the Sheriff's Department.

Michael
made a "compelling case" to Sheriff's deputies, saying Ali was in
Lindsay's car on the way back from Coachella and the car was going over
100 mph.
Not everyone is moved by his efforts, however. The
girls' mom and Lindsay's chief enabler, Dina, wants Lindsay to get a
restraining order against Michael.
With the legitimacy of the
Sheriff's Dept. backing him this time, it's unlikely it would stick.
Still, Dina Lohan vows that "My ex could be in big trouble. He's
dangerous."
"If he can't get to them he is going to try to hurt
them. It's not good."
Speaking with celeb gossip outlet TMZ after
the incident, Michael steadfastly vowed to stay the course until Lindsay
checks into rehab for substance abuse.
Michael says he will not leave L.A. "until Ali is removed from
Lindsay's home and has a normal life of a 16-year-old. Anywhere Lindsay
goes, I'm bringing cops."
